The candidate must be detail oriented, have strong clerical and communication skills, computer knowledge and have the ability to adhere to processes and develop efficiencies in their work. The candidate must continuously prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
• 2-5 years payroll processing experience  
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Team player, willing to assist others
• Ability to multi-task
• Organizational and computer skills
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Experience with MS Office (Word & Excel at a minimum)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in processing payrolls for multiple clients
• Maintain employee information
• Run reports
• Provide excellent customer service
