Requirements
Human Resource Manager serves as a human resource professional with expertise in multiple related areas.

Responsible for:
• Client and employee relations

• Onboarding - new employee orientation
• Assists with benefit enrollment - new employee and annual
• Management and training of employee timekeeping system
• Employee performance management
• Selection and assessment
• Participates in the implementation and evaluation of departmental goals, recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvement
• Participates in marketing and networking events
• Other projects and duties as assigned


Qualifications
• Must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Have a strong sense of customer service
• Solid computer skills

3-5 years Human Resource experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field required.
